1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing redtesters.com, purchasing a RedStrike license, or engaging RedTesters for professional services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

2. Description of Services

• RedStrike (Self-Hosted) — an autonomous DAST platform licensed per user, per year, deployed and operated on infrastructure you control.
• Professional Services — AI-assisted penetration testing and security assessments delivered by the RedTesters team under a statement of work.
• SaaS Cloud — a hosted version of RedStrike, currently in development.

4. License Terms

• Each license entitles a single named user to operate RedStrike.
• Licenses are annual and include support as described on our pricing page.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or your license credentials.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the distributed software, except where permitted by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Configure scan scope and exclusions responsibly before testing.
• Do not use RedStrike to attack, disrupt, or degrade systems outside your defined scope.
• Do not use RedStrike in violation of applicable laws, including computer misuse, data protection, and privacy regulations.

6. Professional Services

Engagements for penetration testing services are governed by an individual statement of work, which includes scope, rules of engagement, deliverables, and remediation windows (including any retest provisions such as the 30-day retest included in the Starter plan).

7. Intellectual Property

RedStrike, the RedTesters name, and all related materials are the intellectual property of RedTesters. Scan findings, reports, and evidence generated from testing your systems belong to you.

8. Third-Party Components

RedStrike integrates with third-party security tools (including ZAP / Burp Suite, Nuclei, and sqlmap, or any existing tools with MCP support). Those tools are governed by their own licenses and terms. RedTesters makes no warranty regarding third-party components.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Security testing cannot guarantee the identification of all vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedTesters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the products or services. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedTesters from claims, damages, and legal costs arising from your use of RedStrike against systems you did not own or were not authorized to test.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate licenses for breach of these terms, including unauthorized testing or license sharing. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, our products, or our services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
